А у нас другая разделка http://img15.nnm.ru/6/f/a/8/7/fad40cd7bb2f182e21e7cd284ba.jpg, и в магазине не возьмёшь то что за рамп. Пока что знаю беспроигрышный вариант - стейки из свиной шеи, или на шашлык соответственно куски.
